Like all Orion women, Gaila produces pheromones that make her sexually enticing, this is through causing a chemical imbalance of adrenaline in the brain which can lead to delusional behaviours, these can be very potent if she doesn’t have her suppressor tablets that allow her to continue life around humans and other species without causing an accidental sex riot. In human females, Orion pheromones are said to give headaches and cause irritability (but some say that’s just down to jealousy) and also disrupts the sleep cycle of male Denobulans. Vulcans, on the other hand are completely immune to Orion pheromones, whether male or female.
The effects of Gaila’s pheromones are cumulative, meaning the longer somebody is around her, the more exposed they are to the effects of her pheromones. Normally in games, to allow people to opt out I play it as affecting people's brain chemistry, regardless of sex or usual preferences meaning if can effect people more widely (irrespective of their sex or gender) or not at all, depending on player preference and in accordance with player's comfort.
I fully understand that Gaila's pheromones can be an uncomfortable thing for some players, so before assuming they have an affect on your character, I will ask you about it if you haven't filled his permission post in. If you ever want to discuss this, please do not hesitate to ping me or send me a plurk.

What will the effect be of Gaila using her pheromones on them? Daisy and Bigby will be DTF. Anya will blush and stammer a lot. Keyleth will probably be a little awkward because she is literally always awkward but she'd be down too.
Is it okay for Gaila to flirt with your muse? Definitely
Would it be okay for Gaila to be physically affectionate with your character? Yeah sure! Everyone will be pretty cool with it but Anya, because she's skittish and inexperienced.
If yes, what are your comfortable limits without discussion? Willing to let it go as far as it seems right ICly!
