Pheromones.
Like all Orion women, Gaila produces pheromones that make her sexually enticing, this is through causing a chemical imbalance of adrenaline in the brain which can lead to delusional behaviours, these can be very potent if she doesn’t have her suppressor tablets that allow her to continue life around humans and other species without causing an accidental sex riot. In human females, Orion pheromones are said to give headaches and cause irritability (but some say that’s just down to jealousy) and also disrupts the sleep cycle of male Denobulans. Vulcans, on the other hand are completely immune to Orion pheromones, whether male or female.
The effects of Gaila’s pheromones are cumulative, meaning the longer somebody is around her, the more exposed they are to the effects of her pheromones. Normally in games, to allow people to opt out I play it as affecting people's brain chemistry,regardless of sex or usual preferences meaning if can effect people more widely or not at all, depending on player preference and in accordance with player's comfort.
I fully understand that Gaila's pheromones can be an uncomfortable thing for some players, so before assuming they have an affect on your character, I will ask you about it if you haven't filled his permission post in. If you ever want to discuss this, please do not hesitate to ping me or send me a plurk.

Is it okay for Gaila to use her pheromones on your character? Yes.
What will the effect be of Gaila using her pheromones on them? Negative. Glinda will get headaches and feel physically sick if in close contact with Gaila. Otherwise she will just feel irritable and annoyed around her.
Is it okay for Gaila to flirt with your muse? Yes.
Would it be okay for Gaila to be physically affectionate with your character? No. I wouldn't be happy with that without discussion.

Is it okay for Gaila to use her pheromones on your character? Absolutely!
What will the effect be of Gaila using her pheromones on them? Probably just a headache most times, but we can play with some other effects.
Is it okay for Gaila to flirt with your muse? Yes, always. Rogue will probably flirt right back if she's in the right headspace.
Would it be okay for Gaila to be physically affectionate with your character? Sure, though Rogue's powers may make that a bad decision...

What will the effect be of Gaila using her pheromones on them? Positive. He may have a "huh, this is weird" reaction to being attracted to a woman that much, but it'll be unusual at most, not mind-breaking.

Justine is used to being around those who have influences like Gaila but since I think they'd be different than the white court vampires she'll most likely get lightheaded the more she's around Gaila. Being turned on makes it really hard to think.

What will the effect be of Gaila using her pheromones on them? Somewhat positive, somewhat negative. Lydia will likely be somewhat irritable and headachy, but she also won't be entirely immune to them. She'll be more positive during certain prominence weeks.
