What will the effect be of Gaila using her pheromones on them? Wanda will be annoyed when she realizes what it is and then likely get over it and be fine. But she'll be aroused either way.
Is it okay for Gaila to flirt with your muse? Of course.
Would it be okay for Gaila to be physically affectionate with your character? Of course.
