What will the effect be of Gaila using her pheromones on them? Mostly a normal effect since Rhys is biologically human, but he might eventually pick up something is going on because he's an empath. :D
Is it okay for Gaila to flirt with your muse? Absolutely!
Would it be okay for Gaila to be physically affectionate with your character? Definitely!
If yes, what are your comfortable limits without discussion? Bring it on, Rhys is a total affection tramp.
